That is awesome Elio it's a good feeling when you see the rookies come out and have FUN. It is a very nerve racking time for some people because they have never done something so challenging before and to see their smiles when that ball rolls between them cones and GOALLLLLLLLL. It's pretty cool indeed. Well yesterday we had our first major recruiting event for the State of Michigan and it went very well. I will be starting another team right away in Grand Rapids, I will be finalizing the team site in the next couple weeks and we had huge interest in our existing Cobra team in Lansing. One athlete is coming right away to join our team and his parents informed us that they are bringing up to 10 other players with them. WOW So it looks like I have a bright future for the State in this season. Also this coming Saturday we are having a Fall into Fitness event throughout the city of Lansing and we have a P.S. demo going on at the Lugnuts Stadium in the afternoon. I have our Team Newsletter going out to the Michigan chapter of Families of SMA and I have already had responses from some members who have played or tried the sport and are coming out to the event. So hopefully I will have two teams in Lansing by year end. Your help in Minnesota was great not only in coaching aspects but also with my son Austin who still talks about that week with everyone we meet. Jerry Frick was there and he couldn't believe Austin's game technique advancement since the last time he saw him in June at Nationals. So it's Working!!! Will be getting a new camera so hopefully will be posting photos soon. Hope to see you guys soon. Joe

Well, I am the coach for Tampa's newest power soccer team, The Tampa Bay Crossfire. It is an exciting, but tough challenge when holding the title of "coach" for a team. Much tougher than just being a player. Our first scrimmage was yesterday versus the Thunder and we pulled out a 1-0 result. I have to say my heart never stopped more times in 40 minutes than it did during that game. I was very proud of my team for playing well as a single cohesive "unit" and not just for getting the win. I was especially proud of my rookies for stepping up and truly delivering under all of the new pressure of a real game. I am looking forward to the season ahead and being a coach and not just a player.
