It was so awesome to be a part of the MDA's Peer Support group and meet such wonderful strong individuals! I'm anxious to work with everyone again - I know next time will be even better...

MDA does alot of great things for persons with Neuromuscular disease in the Tampa Bay community. Recently they hosted a Peer Support group session that allowed older peers with MD to mentor younger peers about how to deal with different real-life issues. It was a true success and plans are in the works to host another one soon. MDA has been supporting the MD community for over 50 years in countless ways, check out www.mda.org for more information.
