My name is Summer. I am 23 and have Spina Bifida. I am in a wheelchair. I have had close to 50 surgeries. I go to college and major in Special Education. I love music. I can listen to basically anything. I am just looking for some friends to talk to. Not much else about me.

How has your disability changed your life...for better or worse?: I was born with my disability, so I have never known a difference. I can't say I am better or worse because of it.
How have you overcome obstacles?: I just move on with my life. Nothing can stop me.
What is your most embarrassing moment?: ahahaha..well I was in an airport with my now ex bf and he was in front of me. Well, I went to call my mom to let her know the plane was delayed and when I went to call I just pushed the first number. Well turned out it was my bf and he picked up and I started talking to him, like he wasn't even there....He then tapped me on the leg and I looked at him with the phone in his hand almost crying he was laughing so hard. Well everyone around me saw and started laughing as well.
What is your most triumphant moment?: Graduating High School
What are your dreams...for yourself and your peers?: I want to finish my degree and start a family.
