By Amory Pecina

What do I like this job? I like to be independent with minor assistant in goodwill I like this job for me to be right for the disabled person. I’m so happy have this job in my dream become true from these many thing in my life. I’m not give up from my friends encourage me there to being the way to be teamwork in partnership. I like to show the people from my independent, my partnership, and my intelligence in my job.

First thing importance is learning to became independent person with disabilities in their life get basic in the job at goodwill and another place. My independent with cerebral palsy is some times to disabilities with my left hand and my balance try control in difficult thing to do nothing to have many things from my right hand but I never give up keep against my cerebral palsy. The people with disabilities have abilities to be independence want to do something by themselves to have a change clothing by themselves also they have to do eating by themselves to do many thing. I know the independent is important from the people with disability job to working in their job.

I have lot of friends employing with me in goodwill but the boss knows that partner is very difficult to employ the person. The person share candy and chip to any partner been work with the person with disabilities from their teamwork. The people who are lazy to be with the people works with the people with disabilities who work with many of these people with disabilities are difficult employ show these normal people got the amazing to ability from the people with disabilities. The people with disabilities isn’t limitation be normal people doesn’t matter who are intellect mental disabilities or physical disabilities able with the some normal people to be treat them with their respect also honest on the people with disabilities are difficult employer. I know the partnership is one way in teamwork is passion and encourage to the people with disabilities.

I know I’m very intelligence to show the person who dose understand I have cerebral palsy it isn’t limitation be with many thing to show my cerebral palsy it isn’t affect my mental is intelligence to mean me to be in 4th to 6thgrade in elementary school to middle school the people don’t understand my intelligence lot improving to give much patience from my parents and my friends’ work with me they give me optional to return college in my future from their goal for me. The people with disabilities have been in life skill they learning cook and to be independent in some dist school from Special Education department have lot of class. The student with intellect mental disabilities want to learn reading and math in their education they are left behind their education is very poor from their intelligence but these people in goodwill teach their client with intellect mental disabilities isn’t left behind to learning basic reading and basic math from their education in goodwill. My boss is amazing teaching my friends from many things to get ahead with their knowledge. I have been work to the people in my life is very learning to these people is very proud of my encouragement.

I have lot of people been employ difficult in goodwill. I know the staff is very watching their employ. I’m seeing how are many things to attend something to give their heart is employ difficult. I know many things in partnership, as teamwork is great employ. I know I have been very inspiration to the person work with me in goodwill.
